OK 83.28 is a chromium-alloyed electrode for hardfacing and cladding tracks, shafts, rolls, rails and rail crossing sections, details in rolling mills, e.g. grooved rollers and clutches and big cog wheels of cast steel. Another application is joining of hardenable steels.
