De volgende generatie In vergelijking met een conventionele uitrusting vermindert de ingenomen vloerruimte met 70% door de minimale voetprint van de nieuwe Aristo®- stroombronnen. On demand Koelingsystemen zorgen dat deze machines energie efficiënt zijn, de koelventilator en het aterkoelingsysteem schakelen automatisch uit na 6,5 minuten van inactiviteit,dit leidt tot een behoorlijke ermindering van het energieverbruik tijdens de inactieve periode. Geïntegreerde luchtfilters voorkomen dat stof en
metaaldeeltjes de stroombron binnendringen, waardoor de koelingefficiëntie wordt geoptimaliseerd. Communicatie
Een intern CAN-Bus communicatiesysteem zorgt dat
machines gemakkelijk ge-upgrade en bijgewerkt kunnen worden. Een nieuwe robuuste metalen bayonetaansluiting zorgt voor een veilige en eenvoudige
verbinding en leidt tot een geoptimaliseerd communicatiesysteem.
Het milieu in het achterhoofd ESAB heeft altijd het milieu altijd hoog in het vaandel gehad en is de eerste lasmachinefabrikant die in 1977 een inverter gestuurde machines introduceerde.
ESAB’s ontwerpfilosofie is gecentreerd rondom laag
energieverbruik. Conventionele energiebronnen trekken
onsamenhangende, onstabiele ladingen aan vanuit het
elektriciteitsnetwerk, welke bijdraagt aan de opwarming
van de aarde.

QSet™ - Het intelligente lassysteem dat
lassen vereenvoudigd

QSet™ bewaakt de lasboog en optimaliseert de
lasparameters tijdens een kortsluitboog, ga door met
lassen en de boogconditie wordt binnen enkele seconden
geoptimaliseerd. Verstel dan eenvoudigweg de
draadaanvoersnelheid om deze passend te maken voor
de toepassing en laat de rest aan QSet™ over.
Een robuust en volledig gesloten ontwerp beschermt de
lasdraad tegen vocht, stof en andere verontreiniging.
De Aristo® F 300 afrolkasten zijn verkrijgbaar met twee
typen bedieningspanelen, welke beide een simpele,
logische indeling hebben waardoor ze gemakkelijk te
bedienen zijn en eenvoudig kunnen worden verwisseld.
Een aansluiting voor de afstandsbediening zorgt dat een
afstandsbediening kan worden gebruikt, of via een RA23-
adapter kan een PSF RS3-lastoorts worden gebruikt om
lasprogramma's te kunnen wijzigen via de toorts.
Een aanvoersysteem met vier rollen en een gesofisticeerd
balans hefboomsysteem zorgt dat de druk nauwkeurig
kan worden versteld. Aanvoerrollen van 40mm met
kogellagers zorgen voor een lange levensduur, zelf
wanneer deze draden tot 1,6 mm diameter aanvoeren
ze kunnen worden gewisseld met een minimum aan
stilstandtijd vanwege het wisselsysteem waarvoor geen

Standaard spoelen of een Marathon Pac™-draad kunnen
worden gebruikt en de kabelslijtage wordt
geminimaliseerd door een strain relief aan de achterkant
van de aanvoer.

QSet™ - The intelligence welding system
which simplifies welding
QSet™ monitors the welding arc and optimizes welding
parameters in dip transfer, just weld and the arc condition
will be optimized within a few seconds. Then simply adjust
the wire feed speed to suit the application and let QSet™
do the rest.
A robust fully enclosed design protects the welding wire
from moisture, dust and other airborne contaminants.
The Aristo® F 300 feeders are available with a choice of
two control panels which both have a simple, logical
layout to make it easy to operate and are easily
interchangeable. A remote control socket allows a remote
control to be used or with an RA23 adaptor a PSF RS3
welding torch can be used to allow welding schedules to
be changed at the torch.
A four roll drive system with a balance beam pressure
system allows tension to be adjusted accurately. 40 mm
feed rolls with ball bearing drives provide long service life
even when running wires up to 1.6 mm in diameter and
can be changed with minimum down time due to the tool
less change system.
Either standard spools or Marathon Pac™ wire can be
used and cable wear is minimized with strain relief fitted
to the rear of the feeder.
